Leonard Nimoy at the Space Shuttle Launch Pad

I don't know when this photo of Leonard Nimoy at the Space Shuttle launch pad was taken.

It's definitely not the Enterprise Shuttle as that was never launched into space. It only ever flew on the back of Boeing 747 transportation planes and in glide tests.

For the two original …

Jeri Ryan in TOS Uniform

Jeri Ryan joined the cast of Star Trek: Voyager in Season 4 as a Borg rediscovering her humanity. There was speculation that her character was also introduced to bring a Kirk-Spock type dynamic to the show (between her character and Captain Janeway). There was no TOS-era episode on Voyager (like "Trials and Tribbleations" …

Bruce Hyde aka Lieutenant Kevin Riley

Who can forget Lieutenant Kevin Riley singing "I'll Take You Home Again, Kathleen" again and again...and again...in the original Star Trek episode, The Naked Time?

I originally posted this list of ads on …

Kirk Scared of Shatner!

William Shatner has had a varied career - actor, writer, producer, merchandiser, talk show host, documentary film maker...and singer. That last one is a loose term for his vocal talents.

Nevertheless, he has released two well received albums and his renditions of well-known songs are, shall we say, memorable.

YouTube user LordRicco666 has edited a …

Leonard Nimoy as Mr. Spock

I originally posted this article on Home Cinema Addict but since it's Star Trek related, it seemed fitting to repost it here:

Leonard Nimoy, an icon of Science Fiction died today in Bel-Air, Los Angeles, California, aged 83. He had been suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. He revealed he was suffering from the disease …
